and would like to know the answer to....but without asking anyone actually involved...
why do Crack Hookers, for all intents and purposes, with just about any communicable and terminal disease nameable, with no regard for a residential neighbourhood full of families, bother to hit the button at a crosswalk, even when there is no traffic?

Maybe it's just like Bob Dylan says, "If you're going to live outside the law,you've got to be honest" -- at least in the little things that don't count.
is it a reason for them to stand at the corner, waiting for a jon or the crosswalk to change???
