anyone want to buy in with me so my friend can stay?
my heart is breaking...i anticipate not only losing his sweet breath, but losing 7.6 beautiful river walk acres to land developers...developers who will not want the"dog walkers welcome" sign to remain...not that there will be anything worthy to walk to once it's all developed.
i hope and pray that i am completely wrong.

How sad. I hope your friend is able to relocate to a new nice home close by. Really, how many more condos and strip malls do we need? There is a really cool heritage home at the end of my street sitting in the middle of a double lot. Someone bought it the first week it went up for sale. They want to tear it down and put two houses there. Breaks my heart.
ah, shite...nobody seems to recognize character anymore, or the loveliness of NOT living eyeball to eyeball with your next door neighbour.
