Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh," he whispered.
"Yes, Piglet?" "Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's paw, "I just wanted to be sure of you."

signs of Spring
despite the chill in the air, the hookers wear skirts....in fashionable Spring colours.
This picture makes me very sad. The "neighbourhood watch" sign and carpet cleaning truck strike an ironic note, as if to delineate that no matter the circumstance, life goes on, unaware, uncaring. The subject looks uncomfortable, by the stiff posture and position of her hand. What is her story? Is she really what we think? Is this her first time brought about by utter desperation? Her attire would suit any reputable business. What has brought her to this place? What would it take to bring any one of us here? So desperately depressing....
Ugh..Same thing happening here. Shawn and I went out to catch the bus today and there they were in all of their glory... Almost makes me hate spring, you know? This year, I am taking photos and bothering THEM.

I think I'm going blind in my right eye after seeing that dress.
You're making my night. This is quite funny... in a sad kinda way.
