We had a beagle named Snoopy when I was a kid, but he wasn't near as good looking as Uno. My dad was convinced he was an "outside" dog. And just to prove the point, he built a beautiful dog house for him. Snoopy loved it so much he howled at the moon every night. That is until the neighbors got tired of it. Guess he showed my dad.
John Stewart's moment of zen on the Daily Show today was Uno winning the Westminster...sweet!
He sure is a handsome boy. I'm so tickled that he won! He's probably as close to a dachshund that'll ever grace the Westminster winner's circle. (Sigh.)
