Guess what I got for Christmas?
So, I will catch up with you all in a couple days...it's hard to concentrate on all these cold meds. I am reading along with you, but my comments aren't coherent so I am just going to leave them for now.
hahahaha....nice try, Rain. i am having yucatan lime chicken soup...I always have extra soups premade in the freezer for when I am sick and can't cook or when I don't feel like cooking. If I don't feel like cooking tomorrw, it will be split pea with smoked ham... homemade. I usually make a double or sometimes triple batch of soup when I make soupand freeze a couple of meals. I do it when I make enchiladas, or lasagne or whatever...it's handy...

I know exactly what you mean, I usually buy extra packages of frozen enchiladas and lasagna at Thrifty's...that's handy too. :0)
