495 Nicol Street, John Pollard(or your landlord or whoever was paid to clear out the house)...Chase River Estuary IS NOT A DUMP!!!! Why do people keep doing this?

I makes me SO angry when I'm out for a walk to come across something like this. Your finding an address within that mess reminds me of the tune "Alices Restaurant".
But seriously, if ever you want to do a title search all you need is the address. It's free, but you have to look it up on the microfisch (sp?) yourself at the BC Assessment Authority office at 301 - 495 Dunsmuir.
